Connect the Dots

At noon today, Michelle, Will, and I went to downtown Plattsburgh to join together for Connect the Dots. It was organized in Plattsburgh by a friend of mine, Ross, to inform people to connect the dots between burning fossil fuels, climate change, and extreme weather patterns. People came from all around the area to talk about how Hurricane Irene affected their lives. It seems hard to believe that there are extreme hurricanes in New York and Vermont, especially upstate, but it is happening. Check out 350.org to learn more about climate change and it's affect on extreme weather.

Ross being official.

I don't know that lady's name, but she talked about a lot of interesting things.

Will admiring Ross's knowledge of climate change.

Even this little lady came out to support!
