So I'm really sorry that I've been behind on my DIYs, I've had the flu!
I'm still not totally better, but I worked up the energy to move from my bed to my chair to make this awesome, extremely easy hex nut ring! (And the ring isn't "easy", making it is, sickos.)

DIY Rope Bracelet
While looking for things to transform, I found the cutest bracelet that I figured I could make unisex off of Honestly...WTF. I haven't tried it for Will yet, but I did make a nice twine bracelet for myself.

DIY Gold Chain Rings
DIY Gold Chain Rings by A Pair & A Spare for Harper's Bazaar
I did this on a whim so I don't have any pictures on how to do this one, but there is a great tutorial from Harper's Bazaar.
I used:
1 gold necklace from Forever 21 (I think it was $1.50)
A pair of pliers/wire cutters
I took the necklace apart by measuring the chain with the part of my finger that I wanted it to go on. Then I used the wire cutters to get the tiny little chain parts undone. After that, I used the larger parts of the chain to put the chain together. Voila! A cute little ring!
I made 4 for myself and 2 for my roommate. They look so cute!
