I don't know how I have not seen this before, but there is FEATHER NAIL ART. I spotted this on Refinery 29 for Coachella-worthy nail art and I am DEAD. I love it! Right now I need to go to the store and get the supplies to do this.
I will definitely do an update once I conquer this gorgeous nail art.
